Vendoo Pricing vs List Perfectly, PrimeLister, Crosslist, Flyp and Nifty (2026)

Calculator and coins on a desk for comparing Vendoo pricing against other crosslisters

Vendoo pricing starts at $14.99 a month, but the real cost of a crosslister depends on what's locked behind the higher plans: auto-delist, listing caps and automation add-ons. Below you'll find every current plan from Vendoo, List Perfectly, PrimeLister, Crosslist, Flyp and Nifty in one table, what users say about each, and six head-to-head price comparisons. Prices checked November 2026.

Vendoo pricing and the rest, in short

Vendoo pricing starts at $14.99 a month ($12.49 a month billed yearly) for unlimited items, with a 14-day free trial and no free plan. That makes it the cheapest full crosslisting suite here. Flyp is cheaper at $9 a month after a 100-day trial, List Perfectly starts at $29, Crosslist at $29.99, Nifty at $39.99 and PrimeLister at $49.99 (about $33.33 a month on the yearly plan).

The cheapest sticker price is not always the cheapest tool for you. Auto-delist, listing caps and add-ons move the real cost a lot, so the table below shows every plan side by side.

What you actually pay if you want auto-delist

Auto-delist is the feature that stops double sales, and it's where entry prices mislead. Take a seller who lists about 100 new items a month on Poshmark, eBay and Mercari and wants sold items pulled everywhere else automatically. The cheapest plan that does that on each tool, billed monthly:

ToolCheapest plan with auto-delistMonthly cost
FlypThe one plan$9
VendooStarter$14.99
CrosslistGold (Bronze and Silver have no auto-delist)$39.99
NiftyCrosslisting Plus$39.99
PrimeListerCrosslisting$49.99 (reported)
List PerfectlyPro PlusFrom $99

List Perfectly goes from the third cheapest entry price to the most expensive once auto-delist is a must. Crosslist roughly doubles from its Bronze price too. If you delist by hand, our guide to avoiding a double sale covers the safe routine.

Vendoo pricing in detail

Every Vendoo plan has unlimited items and all marketplaces, so you pay for features, not volume.

  • Starter, $14.99 a month ($12.49 yearly): crossposting, sale detection and auto-delist, listing templates, importing, delist and relist, analytics and the iOS and Android apps. No background removals.
  • Growth, $29.99 ($24.99 yearly): adds AI listing enhancement, bulk actions on up to 240 listings at once and 300 background removals.
  • Pro, $59.99 ($49.99 yearly): adds automatic offers, marketplace sharing for Poshmark, Depop and Grailed, listing videos and 1,500 background removals.
  • Enterprise: custom pricing for businesses creating more than 1,000 new listings a month.

Sale detection and auto-delist cover Poshmark, eBay, Mercari, Depop, Whatnot and Etsy. Connecting Shopify costs an extra $9.99 a month, billed through Shopify. If Vendoo feels like more suite than you need, see the best Vendoo alternatives.

List Perfectly pricing in detail

List Perfectly pricing is tiered by features, not listings. Every plan has unlimited listings and unlimited crosslisting.

  • Simple, $29 a month: 25 AI listings and 25 background removals a month.
  • Business, $49: 50 AI listings and 50 background removals.
  • Pro, $69: 200 AI listings, 1,500 background removals and Shopify.
  • Pro Plus, from $99: 1,000+ AI listings, 3,000+ background removals, Shopify, and the only plan with auto-delist.

That last point is the one to plan around. If you want sold items pulled from other marketplaces automatically, the real List Perfectly price is $99 a month, not $29. Vinted is a "Lite" marketplace on every plan: you can crosslist to it and delist from it, but sales there aren't detected, so they don't trigger auto-delist. The pricing page shows no yearly prices and no free trial.

PrimeLister cost in detail

PrimeLister sells crosslisting and automation as separate subscriptions. The crosslisting plan is reported at $49.99 a month or $399.99 a year (about $33.33 a month), with unlimited crosslisting, unlimited auto-delist, bulk tasks and scheduled tasks, and a 7-day free trial.

The automation tools are add-ons. Recent reviews list Poshmark automation at about $25 a month per closet and eBay and Depop automation at about $15 a month each. Stack all four and the PrimeLister cost reaches roughly $105 a month, which is more than Vendoo Pro. PrimeLister's own pricing page would not load when we checked, so confirm these numbers before you subscribe.

Crosslist pricing in detail

Crosslist is the only tool here that prices by how many new listings you create each month.

  • Bronze, $29.99: 200 new listings a month.
  • Silver, $34.99: 500.
  • Gold, $39.99: 1,000, and auto-delist starts here.
  • Diamond, $44.99: unlimited, with auto-delist.

Yearly billing gives you 2 months free. An optional AI add-on costs $4.99 a month on any plan. The "trial" is really a 3-day money-back guarantee on your first purchase, valid if you've created fewer than 20 listings. Crosslist supports sellers in the US, UK, Canada and Australia, but not the EU.

Flyp pricing in detail

Flyp has one plan: free for the first 100 days with no card and no usage limits, then $9 a month with everything included. Its crosslister posts to Poshmark, eBay, Mercari, Depop, Facebook, Etsy and Vinted, and auto-delists sold items. It also has a separate Poshmark sharing bot. The trade-off is depth: fewer bulk and catalog tools than the bigger suites.

Nifty pricing in detail

Nifty splits its plans into crosslisting, automation and bundles of both. Yearly billing takes about 10% off.

  • Crosslisting Plus, $39.99 ($35.99 yearly): up to 1,500 active items, with auto-delist. Larger closets add $20 a month ($18 yearly).
  • Crosslisting Pro, $59.99 ($53.99): 1,500+ active items.
  • Automation, $39.99 ($35.99): sharing, relisting and offers on Poshmark, eBay, Mercari and Depop. Single-marketplace Poshmark or eBay automation is $25 ($22 yearly).
  • Bundle Plus, $69.99 ($62.99) and Bundle Pro, $89.99 ($80.99): crosslisting and automation together.

Nifty is cloud based, so auto-delist and automations keep running with your computer off. Crosslisting covers Poshmark, eBay, Mercari, Depop, Etsy and Whatnot. There's a 7-day free trial.

Crosslister reviews: what users actually say

We only report ratings we could see on the public page ourselves, all checked on November 3, 2026. Small samples are flagged, because a handful of reviews tells you very little.

Vendoo reviews

Vendoo reviews on Trustpilot are split: about 70% five stars and 22% one star. Happy users praise the time saved crosslisting, the easy interface, inventory and sales tracking in one place, and responsive support. The unhappy ones describe marketplace disconnects (Mercari, Depop and eBay come up), missed sale detection that led to a double sale, slow imports, hard-to-reach support and billing surprises after plan changes. The mobile app rates much higher than the Chrome extension.

Crosslist app reviews

Crosslist app reviews on Trustpilot are the strongest of the group, and the company replies to most negative reviews within a day. Users like the time saved, the AI-written descriptions, fast support and the public roadmap. The most common complaint is pricing, with some smaller sellers finding the tiers confusing or expensive. Others report sales not being recorded or items not auto-delisting, and note that auto-delist needs the computer running.

PrimeLister reviews

PrimeLister reviews on the Chrome Web Store average 4.7, the highest score here, though from only 77 ratings. We couldn't find a larger public review profile to check themes against. The most common criticism in written reviews is cost: once you add Poshmark, eBay and Depop automation to crosslisting, it gets expensive. Crosslisting also runs through the desktop Chrome extension.

List Perfectly reviews

We couldn't find List Perfectly reviews on a public platform with a rating we could verify. There's no Trustpilot profile we could load and no consumer App Store listing under that name. Most List Perfectly reviews online come from competitors' blogs, so read them with that in mind. Judge it on the pricing facts instead: unlimited listings on every plan, but auto-delist only on Pro Plus.

Nifty and Flyp reviews

Nifty's Trustpilot score is based on only a few reviews in the last year. The positive ones mention time saved by automation and helpful support. The negative ones say the 7-day trial is too short to test a large catalog and that the price is high. Flyp has just one Trustpilot review, which isn't enough to judge, so lean on its 100-day free trial and test it yourself.

Vendoo vs Crosslist

Price: Vendoo Starter at $14.99 includes unlimited items and auto-delist. On Crosslist, auto-delist starts at Gold, $39.99 for 1,000 new listings a month. For a seller who wants auto-delist, Vendoo is $25 a month cheaper.

Where Crosslist wins: bulk editing across live listings, a stronger Trustpilot score, and published support for sellers in the UK, Canada and Australia.

Pick Vendoo if you want the lowest price for unlimited items with auto-delist. Pick Crosslist if you sell outside the US or edit prices and titles in bulk all the time. More detail on each: Quicklist AI vs Vendoo and Quicklist AI vs Crosslist.

Crosslist vs List Perfectly

Price: both start near $30. But List Perfectly's $29 Simple plan has no auto-delist, while Crosslist Gold gets you auto-delist at $39.99. To get auto-delist on List Perfectly you need Pro Plus from $99.

Volume: List Perfectly is unlimited on every plan. Crosslist caps Bronze at 200 and Silver at 500 new listings a month, so if you list a lot but don't need auto-delist, List Perfectly Simple can be the better deal.

Marketplaces: List Perfectly supports Vinted (as Lite) and Vestiaire Collective. Crosslist is the clearer choice in the UK, Canada and Australia. See Quicklist AI vs List Perfectly.

List Perfectly vs Vendoo

Price: this one isn't close for most sellers. Vendoo includes auto-delist from $14.99 a month. List Perfectly includes it only from $99. A seller who wants unlimited items plus auto-delist pays about $85 a month more on List Perfectly.

Where List Perfectly wins: a deeper catalog, more AI listings and background removals on its middle plans (Pro includes 1,500 removals at $69, the same as Vendoo Pro at $59.99), and Vinted support.

Pick Vendoo for value. Pick List Perfectly if you're full time, run a big catalog and will use the bulk and Shopify tools.

Vendoo vs Nifty

Price: Vendoo Starter is $14.99 for unlimited items. Nifty Crosslisting Plus is $39.99 for up to 1,500 active items. If you also want Poshmark sharing and offers, Vendoo Pro costs $59.99 and Nifty's Bundle Plus costs $69.99.

The real difference: Nifty runs in the cloud, so automation and auto-delist keep working with your computer off. Its automation also covers four marketplaces (Poshmark, eBay, Mercari, Depop). Vendoo covers more marketplaces for crossposting, 10+ against Nifty's 6.

Pick Vendoo if crosslisting is the main job. Pick Nifty if hands-off automation matters more than marketplace count.

Crosslist vs Flyp

Price: Flyp is $9 a month after 100 free days. Crosslist starts at $29.99 and needs $39.99 for auto-delist. Over a year, Flyp costs about $108 against roughly $400 for Crosslist Gold on yearly billing.

Where Crosslist wins: more marketplaces (11+ against 7), much stronger bulk editing, an optional AI add-on, international support and a large base of public reviews. Flyp has almost no public review record.

Pick Flyp if you're part time or just starting. Pick Crosslist once you're editing hundreds of live listings. See Quicklist AI vs Flyp.

Crosslist vs Nifty

Price: at the entry point with auto-delist they're the same, $39.99 a month (Crosslist Gold against Nifty Crosslisting Plus). Crosslist Gold caps new listings at 1,000 a month; Nifty Plus caps active items at 1,500.

The real difference: Nifty adds cloud automation for Poshmark, eBay, Mercari and Depop if you pay for a bundle. Crosslist adds bulk editing and support for UK, Canadian and Australian sellers. Crosslist has far more public reviews.

Pick Nifty for automation. Pick Crosslist for bulk editing and international selling.

Where Quicklist AI fits

Every tool above copies one listing to several marketplaces. None of them solves the slowest part: writing a listing that suits each one. An eBay title wants all 80 characters and item specifics, Depop wants hashtags inside the description, Poshmark wants style tags and Grailed wants measurements.

Quicklist AI is a Chrome extension that writes the title, description and tags for each marketplace from a few words or a photo, then fills them into the listing form. It works on Poshmark, Depop, Mercari, eBay, Vinted, Etsy, Grailed, Facebook Marketplace, Whatnot and Amazon. It isn't a crosslister: it doesn't sync inventory, delist sold items, share or automate anything.

It's also much cheaper. Plans start at $2.99 a month for 30 listings, with Starter at $9.99 for 155 and Pro at $19.99 for 400, and yearly plans cost less. You get 2 free listings with no card. Many sellers pair it with a crosslister: write a strong eBay listing or Poshmark listing with Quicklist AI, then let Vendoo or Crosslist handle posting and delisting. If you're unsure which tool you need, read crosslister or listing writer?, and if you're not sure a crosslister pays for itself yet, is crosslisting worth it?
