Refund Policy

We want you to be confident when purchasing a QuickListAI plan. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are available for our credit-based subscription plans.

1. How Our Pricing Works

QuickListAI operates on a credit-based subscription model. Each plan provides a set number of credits per month, and each generated listing description consumes 1 credit.

All plans are billed monthly through our website (quicklistai.org). You can try QuickListAI with 4 free credits every month before committing to a paid plan.

2. When Refunds Are Available

We offer refunds in the following situations:

Full Refund (within 7 days)

If you purchased a paid plan and have used 5 or fewer credits from that billing cycle, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the charge date. This gives you a fair opportunity to test the service with a real-world workflow before committing.

Prorated Refund (technical issues)

If QuickListAI experiences extended downtime or a service outage lasting more than 48 consecutive hours during your billing cycle, you may request a prorated refund for the affected period.

Duplicate Charges

If you are charged twice for the same billing period due to a payment processing error, we will immediately refund the duplicate charge in full.

Billing Errors

If you are charged after canceling your subscription (and the cancellation was confirmed before the renewal date), we will issue a full refund for the erroneous charge.

3. When Refunds Are NOT Available

Refunds are generally not available in the following cases:

  • Credits already used: If you have used more than 5 credits in your current billing cycle, the plan is considered consumed and is not eligible for a standard refund
  • Change of mind after 7 days: Requests submitted more than 7 days after the charge date are not eligible, except in cases of technical issues or billing errors
  • Free tier: The free tier is free — no payment means no refund
  • Marketplace performance: We cannot issue refunds based on sales outcomes, marketplace algorithm changes, or buyer behavior — QuickListAI is a content generation tool, not a sales guarantee
  • Account suspension: If your account was suspended for violating our Terms of Service, you are not eligible for a refund

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at support@quicklistai.org with the following information:

  • Subject line: "Refund Request — [Your License Key or Order Number]"
  • Email address associated with your purchase
  • License key (format: QLAI-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX) or WooCommerce order number
  • Reason for the refund request

Processing Time: We aim to review all refund requests within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Here's what happens when you cancel:

  • Your plan remains active until the end of your current billing cycle
  • You keep access to all remaining credits until the cycle ends
  • No further charges will be made after the current period
  • After the cycle ends, your account reverts to the free tier (4 credits/month)

Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund. If you would like both a cancellation and a refund, please follow the refund request process in Section 4 above.

6. Chargebacks

We strongly encourage you to contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Chargebacks incur processing fees and can result in your account being permanently suspended.

If you contact us first, we will work with you to resolve the issue fairly and promptly — in most cases faster than the chargeback process.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of QuickListAI after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
