These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the QuickListAI Chrome extension and website (quicklistai.org), operated by Pyaox ("we," "our," or "us"). By installing or using QuickListAI, you agree to these Terms in full.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing the QuickListAI Chrome extension, creating an account, purchasing a plan, or using any part of our service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must uninstall the extension and discontinue use of the service immediately.
You must be at least 16 years of age to use QuickListAI. By using the service, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
2. Description of Service
QuickListAI is an AI-powered Chrome extension that generates optimized listing titles and descriptions for online resale marketplaces, including Poshmark, Depop, Mercari, eBay, and Vinted.
The service includes text-to-description generation, photo-to-description generation, multiple writing tones, and one-click form fill functionality on supported marketplace listing pages.
QuickListAI is a tool to assist with listing creation. We do not guarantee that generated descriptions will result in sales, higher visibility, or compliance with any marketplace's specific listing policies. You are solely responsible for reviewing and editing generated content before publishing.
3. Accounts & License Keys
3.1 Free Tier
All users receive 4 free credits per month without registration. Free credits reset on the first of each calendar month. Unused free credits do not roll over.
3.2 Paid Plans
Paid plans are purchased through our website (quicklistai.org) and activated via a license key in the format QLAI-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX. Each license key is tied to a single user and may not be shared, resold, or transferred without our written consent.
3.3 Account Security
You are responsible for keeping your license key confidential. If you believe your license key has been compromised, contact us immediately at support@quicklistai.org. We reserve the right to deactivate any license key suspected of unauthorized use.
4. Credits & Usage
Credit System: Each AI-generated listing description consumes 1 credit. Credits are allocated based on your plan tier and reset monthly on your billing cycle date.
No Rollover: Unused credits from the current billing period do not carry over to the next period, regardless of plan type.
Rate Limits: We may impose reasonable rate limits to prevent abuse and ensure fair access for all users. Automated, scripted, or bot-driven generation requests are prohibited.
Credit Disputes: If you believe a credit was consumed in error (e.g., due to a network failure or server error), contact our support team within 7 days for a review.
5. Payment & Billing
All paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis through WooCommerce on our website. Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.
Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing cycle. You may cancel at any time through your account or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will retain access to your remaining credits until then.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes do not affect your current billing cycle.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree to use QuickListAI only for its intended purpose: generating listing descriptions for legitimate resale activity. You may not:
- Use the service to generate content that is misleading, fraudulent, or violates any marketplace's terms of service
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the extension or API
- Circumvent credit limits, rate limits, or authentication mechanisms
- Share, redistribute, or resell your license key or generated content as a competing service
- Use automated scripts, bots, or third-party tools to interact with the QuickListAI API
- Transmit content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, or infringes on the rights of others
- Interfere with or disrupt the service, servers, or networks connected to QuickListAI
Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 Our IP
The QuickListAI brand, logo, extension code, website content, API, and underlying technology are owned by Pyaox and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on any part of our service without our prior written consent.
7.2 Your Content
You retain ownership of the input text and photos you provide to QuickListAI. The AI-generated listing descriptions produced by the service are licensed to you for your personal or commercial use in marketplace listings. We claim no ownership over the generated output.
7.3 Feedback
If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about QuickListAI, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use that feedback to improve our service.
8. Disclaimers
QuickListAI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies — you are solely responsible for reviewing all generated descriptions before publishing them.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Poshmark, Depop, Mercari, eBay, Vinted, or any other marketplace platform.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pyaox and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, sales, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of QuickListAI.
Our total cumulative liability for all claims arising from or related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pyaox and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of QuickListAI, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
11. Termination
By You: You may stop using QuickListAI at any time by uninstalling the extension and canceling your subscription (if applicable). Your license key will be deactivated at the end of your current billing cycle.
By Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to QuickListAI at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or is otherwise objectionable.
Upon termination, your license key will be deactivated and any remaining credits will be forfeited. Sections 7, 8, 9, 10, and 13 survive termination.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of QuickListAI after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
For significant changes that affect your rights, we will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice through the extension or via email.
13. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, followed by binding arbitration if necessary.
You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in a class action or class-wide arbitration.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.
